The Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of EHSİM for the year 2025 was held on March 11, 2026, at the EHSİM campus.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Muhammet Sami Ulukavak, Head of the Department of Air Defense and Missile Systems at the Secretariat of Defence Industries (SSB) and Chairman of the Board of EHSİM. The assembly was attended by EHSİM board members, representatives from the SSB and the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TSKGV), as well as representatives from SSTEK, ASELSAN, and HAVELSAN on behalf of the shareholders.
The meeting provided a platform to evaluate the previous year's performance and share our strategic objectives for the future. We extend our gratitude to all shareholders for their participation and their continued trust in the roadmap established to achieve our strategic goals.
EHSİM remains dedicated to meeting our nation's requirements in electronic warfare systems and passive radar technologies while striving to increase defense exports. We continue to empower our defense industry through our local and national production capabilities.
